Space Owners

How do I list my space?

It's free to list your space with Parkey, and it only takes a few minutes.

If you haven’t already, please register by clicking the “Register” button in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Once you’ve logged in, follow these simple steps below:

  1. Click on “Dashboard”
  2. Click “New Listing”
  3. Tell us more about you by filling in your profile, contact and banking details (this ensures you get paid!).
  4. Scroll down to tell us more about the space. We’ll ask you questions about the location of your space and what makes it a great spot to park.
  5. Enter how much you would like to charge for the spot per month and availability. If you need some guidance or expert advice on how to set the right rate, contact us at shoutout@parkey.com.au and include your address. We are there to help, but remember that you are responsible for the amount entered.
  6. Pictures are critical to selling your spot! Add some clear pictures of your spot and the access point to help your driver find your spot easily.
  7. Click “Submit” and you will find your listing appear immediately for drivers to book!

My Listing

My space cannot accommodate large vehicles?

There’s no problem if your Parking Spot is too small to accommodate large vehicles.

All you have to do when completing your listing description is select the bay type that best meets the dimensions of your parking spot.  You can choose from motorcycle spots, small cars right through to oversize 4WDs. When your parking spot displays on Parkey, it will display with an icon that clearly lets our customers know what type of cars your parking spot will suit.

You can also select icons that give our customers a good idea on the type of access to your parking spot will have – whether it is near a wall or column, has a low clearance or has easy access.

What If The Driver Parks In The Wrong Space?

If you can see that a driver has parked in the wrong space, please contact Parkey at shoutout@parkey.com.au and we will contact them for you.
